Sadly, yes. 
I only say it that way because I only see drips and drabs of activity each week. Several users still load somewhat regularly though, and many more are out there watching.
I submitted a piece and have now withdrawn it because I was waiting for over a week to have it accepted. It is quite sad you´re right. 
I'm one of the only people moderating this group, and last week took my first vacation away in two years. I usually approve within a few hours, or a day at most.
